Shipping & Delivery Policy

FARMGRAIN AGRO FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED ships its products to almost all parts of India.
Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
For other areas, products will be shipped through available logistics partners and may take 7–10 business days, depending on the location.
At times, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control. FARMGRAIN AGRO FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for such delays but will continuously work to minimize them.
FARMGRAIN AGRO FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where delivery takes longer than usual or the shipment is physically untraceable. In such cases, the amount paid for the canceled product(s) will be refunded to your source account.

Return Policy

Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date they are delivered to the customer.
Returned products must include all original tags, packaging materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other accompanying papers, and must be in unused, original condition.

Refund Policy

Once the product is received and inspected successfully by our company,
FARMGRAIN AGRO FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED will initiate the refund to your source account or your chosen method of refund.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Transactions

Due to the nature of services, “No Refund” and “No Cancellation” requests will be entertained once the payment has been made for service-based transactions.

Cancellation Policy

An order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped after 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
However, returns are possible for all eligible products as per the Return Policy.

Alternatively:
Customers can cancel an order only before it has been shipped/dispatched. After the product(s) have been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order. However, returns remain possible as per the Return Policy.
